Health and Safety Protocols
At Paradise Experience wax + beauty bar, the health and safety of our staff and clients is our top priority. Here are some protocols we have implemented to create a safe environment for everyone and help stop the spread of COVID-19 and its variants:
- Appointments are required; no walk-ins.
- Masks are OPTIONAL.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Sanitizer is available upon arrival and throughout the spa.
- Staff have been allotted an additional 15 minutes between appointments for cleaning and sterilization.
- If you are feeling unwell, have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 or its variants, or have been asked to self-isolate, please reschedule your appointment.
Appointment Etiquette
- ARRIVAL TIME: Each of our services is allocated a specific amount of time, so please arrive on time to ensure that your aesthetician has enough time to complete your service to your satisfaction.
- RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance full refund apply to new rescheduling. For appointments rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment time you will receive half a refund. NO REFUND for appointments rescheduled in less than 12 hours of the appointment time.
- CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive full refund. For appointments canceled within 12 hours of the appointment time you will receive half a refund. NO REFUND for appointments canceled in less than 12 hours of the appointment time.
